I have left these boards together as easier to swap out

however if you dont have a shell or yours is even worse then this would be useful

Tascam 488 Teac 8 track play record head 53786019 I have left these boardsThis is a very very rare head it was used in a Tascam 488 though maybe its in some others Eight tracks on 1 8 inch tape insane they used two 4 track heads but this is the original setting. Its been carefully and professionally re lapped and tested good by the lapping factory and comes with its test report,never had one before so wanted to be sure. Oh and did I say its rare .
