The beads a slightly graduated in size. Smallest are 16mm x 13mm. Largest are 18mm x 16mm. 40 beads on the strand. There is slight damage to several beads, but the overall condition is excellent! These were traded in Mali, West Africa in the late 1800's and early 1900's.
