To replace the Hayate blade, use a wide flat screwdriver to remove the three screws securing the blade and sickle to the blade receiver ferrule. Remove the old blade by gently sliding it out of the blade receiver. Remember, the undercutting 'sickle' blade is a separate component. Insert your new blade and re tighten the screws securely. Please be careful when handling the new blade.
