It's a particularly fine example of the style, set with vivid blue sapphires and chunky old cut diamonds, the hearts joined at the top with a bow. Double heart rings were usually given to a bride on her wedding day from a close friend or relative, to symbolise the union of two hearts. It's modelled in 18 karat gold, and
