I4Ni - Loyalty AEC Music It is led by it's2018 release. During the early '90s, East Nashville wasn't considered the heart of the city, but more like the bottom of the barrel. Back then East Nashville was made up of a collection of outcasts, misfits, and thugs. You didn't visit this area after dark. This part of town was victimville. It was here amidst the chaos, that two childhood friends, Robbie Phillips (Stump) and David Stevens (D Ray), would form a musical bond that would last to this day
