2017 Domaine A Petit a Tasmania Cabernet 750ml Best's Great Western and subtle mocha from oakA big wine, perfect for pairing with cold weather and a hearty mealthe savoury, almost smoky nose presents bresaola and leather, as well as more typical bramble and blackcurrant, as well as a delicate, cassis y sweetness. Palate acid is high, and flavour continues to develop (particularly given time in the glass): black cherry, cocoa and coconut.
