1960s Daybed by Richard Schultz for Knoll with Off-White Fabric Upholstery Oddities Listed for sale is aThis is an uncommon Daybed, designed in circa 1958 by Richard Schultz for Knoll International. Around the same time, Florence Knoll & Charles Niedringhaus were designing their own set of convertible sofas at Knoll; perhaps this was Schultzs iteration of the model 703 omitting its removable backrest. We believe its design and production were executed in the early 1960s. The piece includes tubular steel legs, and the legs have a matte black powder coat
