When I first made these hoops the small ones I made were about 15 or 16 mm. Then I had several requests for smaller ones so I had to name them something smaller than small. So here they are. The TINY SLEEPER HOOPS measure about 10 to 12 mm. I am vague on the dimension because it depends on how you measure them. Inside diameter is smaller than the outside diameter. I have a picture of the Tiny,
