Majrova - Snowball Kulturarv The variety has a mildA cool heritage from 1856. The roots themselves are white, and the flesh is tender and slightly sweet. Snowball is reminiscent to a rutabaga and can be cooked in the same way. An easy to grow variety that is excellent for cooking in many different ways. Our gardening expert, Johanna Damm, often makes Carpaccio with this variety, paired with beets and almond pesto. A wonderful summery appetizer with that little extra!
