Foradori ' Fontanasanta 2024 ' Witte Wijn where the vines are plantedElisabetta Foradori, the 'grand dame' of Italian 'vino naturali', has elevated her family winery in the Italian Dolomites to great heights. She and her late husband, Rainer Zierock, 'saved' the red Teroldego grape from extinction. In her Granato vineyard, we can still find ancient clones of this exciting red grape. Around 2013, her sons Theo and Emilio joined the company, and in 2018, she stepped back, allowing the new generation to take the reins.
