francois seconde puisieulx Champagne Vinification: Entirely in large BurgundianA single village Grand Cru from Puisieulx, one of the four Grand Cru villages where Franois Second owns vines. Puisieulx is a smaller and less well known Grand Cru than Sillery or Verzenay, but its Pinot Noir produces champagnes of great character and terroir distinction. Partially vinified in oak, like the La Loge. The perpetual reserve, started in 2005, provides 30% of the blend. A champagne that gives voice to a village rarely heard on its own.
