1960s Hydrangea Silk Velvet Halo Ring Hat Tartan The fabric has some stretchWe've listed this as 60s but in truth it's circa 1958 1962 so crosses both decades. A classic halo ring hat in black silk velvet, adorned with delicate ivory hydrangea flowers. The hat is encased in dotted tulle birdcage netting with black satin ribbon detailing crossing over the crown. We have made a minor repair to the netting on one side by hand which is invisible and it is otherwise in excellent vintage condition. Measures approx 18cm x 18cm
