Original 1930s 30s Vintage Black Topstitched Hat unusual Shoulder to Cuff: 20 inchThis stunning hat was made from black felt in the 1930s. It perches loosely on the wearers head and has a slightly shaped crown and a small brim. It was decorated with a three section bow adorned with wonderful top stitched detailing. This detailing has also been mirrored on the bow that wraps around the front of the hat. Inside, there is a black grosgrain hat band and a makers label for JAN of Paris. As the hat perches on the head, it is suitable for
